7-Day Return Window
Customers have a 7-day return window from the date of receipt to initiate a return for eligible items.
Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, products must meet the following criteria:

– All packaging, including tags and seals, must be intact.
– A proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used disposable vape products unless they are defective.

The following items are non-returnable:
– Opened disposable vapes (for hygiene reasons).
– Products that have been used or tampered with.

Exchanges
For exchanges, the most effective method is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
European Union Cooling Off Period
Customers in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period during which they can cancel or return their orders without providing a reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will inform you about the status of your refund.
